For Beginners
You are welcome here — whatever your starting point.
Mysore-style yoga is learned gradually and individually. You don't need to know anything before you arrive. Amanda will teach you what you need, at the pace that's right for you. Most beginners are surprised by how quickly they feel at home.
There are three ways to get started:
Beginner Intensive— $75 Four consecutive days of practice, 6:15am. Each session runs 30–40 minutes. This is the fastest way to establish your practice and feel the rhythm of the shala. Upcoming dates below.
Beginner Course— $150 Four weeks, twice a week in our regular classes. Each session runs 30–40 minutes. A gentler introduction that lets you build gradually alongside the community. Upcoming dates below.

We know mornings aren't for everyone, and that life doesn't always fit a standard schedule. If you're a single parent, have unusual work hours, or need something crafted to your situation — get in touch. We'll do our best to find a way.
