Why Practice Here?
Individual guidance within community…
You receive personalised attention from Amanda within a group setting. The community provides powerful momentum — practicing within a shala has a particular energy that's hard to explain until you've felt it.
Serious, experienced teaching…
Amanda is a Level 2 Authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher, trained directly with the Jois family in Mysore, India. After 25 years of daily practice, this is her life's work.
Yoga as therapy, not performance…
We practise to connect deeply — to notice and to feel. We attune to what's happening beneath the surface, not just what's visible in the postures.
Flexibility that honours real life…
Practise when you can, for as long as serves you — 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. You'll be supported regardless.
Support that grows your practice…
When you show up regularly, your practice deepens. You build momentum and discover what yoga can show you.
