Our flagship offering is the Mysore yoga program in Northcote. We're open most of the year.
When our program is in session, classes run Tuesday through Saturday.
No classes are held on public holidays, full or new moon days. We close for a rest in January and July. Check this calendar to see when moon days occur.

MYSORE CLASSES
All students receive personalised guidance within a group setting. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners practice together.
You don't need to arrive at 6:00am and stay for two and a half hours! Your start time is flexible during the listed class hours.
Newer practitioners might practice for just 30 minutes, while more experienced students could practice for up to 1.5 hours.
COUNTED PRIMARY SERIES CLASSES
Counted Primary Series classes, where the teacher guides the entire group using a Sanskrit count, can be attended both online and in person.
These classes occur on the last Saturday of each month (unless it’s a moon day or public holiday).
ONLINE ATTENDANCE
Distant students may join our Mysore classes online between 6:00am - 8:00am on Wednesdays and Fridays - check the schedule and book here
Fees
Beginners Intensive or Course - $75 or $150 respectively
Single Class - $30
10 Class Pass - $290
20 Class Pass - $500
Membership - from $66.67 to $75 per week - more info
* 10 and 20 Class Passes expire after 90 days. You can find out more about our program structure here.
Please choose your membership or class pass carefully. Mysore Melbourne membership and class passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable.
