In this experiential workshop, we'll move beyond technique and into curiosity—experimenting with breath in different parts of the body, noticing the impact of sound (from imperceptible to very loud), and playing with pace, depth, and intensity.
Through hands-on observation and guided experiments, you'll discover breathing as both an anchor beyond thinking and a doorway into the inner landscape of your body. We'll address common challenges like overdoing, fixation on sound quality, and tension.
