Primary Series Challenge

12 - 16 December 2023 at 6am weekdays, 7am on Saturday 16 December with chai afterwards.

No class on 13 December - New Moon

All are welcome - both in person and online attendance available.

Some experience with Ashtanga Primary Series is advised.

You do not need to complete the entire primary series to participate. Just do the part of practice you regularly complete, then feel free to close, rest, and leave when you finish.

The fee for the whole challenge is offered on a sliding scale of $80-100. Single classes can also be booked and paid for here.
