Wordless Wall Yin

I find this type of yoga practice really helpful if I’ve been running around doing too much and need to shift gears. It helps me settle back into my soft, animal body and brings me peace and ease. I intentionally made this recording without any spoken instructions because I see value in taking a break from language, allowing that part of the mind to rest. You just need to read a few words at the start of the video. I hope you enjoy it and I wish you peace in your life.
